DIGITAL DOWNLOADS

Due to the nature of digital downloads refunds WILL NOT be issued.

Please make sure you read the description of the product(s) you are interested in. All the important details are in the listing descriptions. If you do not read and understand what you are receiving I'm not responsible and refunds will not be issued.

Digital download are sent directly to your email after you’ve purchased.

PHYSICAL ITEMS

Please allow 5-10 business days for your product(s) to arrive.

Please make sure your address is correct. If you have entered the wrong address at checkout you are responsible for the cost of replacing the item and the cost of reshipping it to the correct address.

If you want to cancel an order please contact me within 1 hour of purchase.

Tracking is not included unless you chose tracking at checkout.

If a product arrives damaged please send me a message with photo proof. No exchanges or refunds will be issued without photo proof.

Refunds and exchanges are accepted on physical items.

If your item arrived damaged photo proof is required otherwise a new product will not be shipped.

You are responsible for shipping costs for exchanges or having your order reshipped due to a wrong address.
